As I see she lives in New Brunswick, Canada. Canada is a place with a lot of snow, frost, cold -> frosty. (Or maybe she's just a fan of Killer Frost from "The Flash" as I am :D )
About the "amber part", I suppose since she lives that North, the sunsets there are somehow different, beautiful. Their color is close to the color of amber and maybe that's why she named herself "frostyamber"

I do enjoy "The Flash" and I really enjoy taking pictures of sunsets and sunrises if I happen to be up in time to catch it, but nope that isn't it, great guess though. :D
