And I have an extra interest for that! You see the past 3 years I have made up a personal challenge to take a new picture on the first day of each and every month and share it with my friends. At some point I started writing a post on steem with my happy new month wishes using the #happynewmonth tag. The selected picture is my lock-screen for all my devises (pc, laptop, phone) cropped accordingly to fit to all of them. For February is a shot of the freshwater spring a few meters away from my doorstep! You can see the relevant post
This is a great shot! I love the look of the water as it is falling... I'm pretty surprised it doesn't make more of a splash when hitting the still water though!
There is no splash because this is a 5 seconds shot with the use of ND filters. The low shutter speed smooths every moving part.Thank you @bengy :)
