Well, that's easy heart-to-heart (you're thinking)
I have no rules for you on how you can go about this.
You have your own creative freedom to complete the challenge.
I want to challenge you today to...
Share a smile! (She's smiling, Really, she is. ;) )
The world needs more happiness, more joy, more laughter.
Did you know that smiles:
- Are contagious: people have a hard time frowning at someone who is smiling!
- Can turn your frown upside down just by forcing yourself to smile
- Improve your health by giving your immune system a boost due to your body's relaxed state
- Release endorphines which in turn, leads to reduced level of stress
- Take less muscle energy than frowns
- Are a cross-cultural, world-recognized sign of happiness and acceptance (if you don't know the language, just smile)
- Give your face some exercise using up to 53 muscles at a time!
- Are innate in us, babies are born with the know how imprinted in their codes
- Lead to better connections, people are programed to feel more positively toward someone who is smiling (so go ahead and smile a lot at your boss today ;) )
- Are recognized really far away, up to 300 feet scientists say!

What?! No whale has upvoted this? I'm shocked and dismayed. :(
See...to get a whale to upvote a post about smiling, you'd need to write a long explanation about which muscles are involved (along with detailed anatomical drawings), and then convince them that smiling can help bring thousands of major influencers to Steemit.
Nevertheless, I can't help you land a whale or make a lot more money, but you might get some new followers (the smiling kind) from a 10,000+ resteem. So...here it comes! :)
Thanks for helping me share this with the Steemit community! I guess you're right, I could have linked in how if this post was shared enough, each person who saw it would in turn (via their now uplifted mood, energy levels and overall happiness), go on to create more authentic, positive content for this site and make those whales some extra money... making them happier, smiling more and continuing the chain reaction! ;) ...I mean smiling has been scientifically proven to decrease stress and the American Psychological Association has produced several studies showing that people who smile more as being more successful. You've peaked my interest @joanaltres. I wonder if a more psychological approach in explaining my game would encourage more users to play along... hmmm...
I'd love to get this whole community smiling together! Let's see if I can find another way to do it. I'll get back to you on it.

@joanaltres I know you were just joking, I was too :) Thanks for your advice and support though! I have been seeing my account grow so quickly in just the short week I've been on here. I think what you said is really important- it's important to stay true to yourself, your beliefs and your heart's intent and not stray. We have so much potential within ourselves, gifted to us that if we just listen to it, we can achieve great things! :) I've been having such a great time interacting with people on here and having them tell me they like my posts is so encouraging to keep going! I don't have nearly as many friends as you do to share with but I'm loving having an outlet for my creativity :)

Love this! A smile can certainly make someones bad day a whole lot better! My son is at the age where he is always frowning and when I catch him frowning, I look at him with the biggest smile on my face, amd within seconds, his frown turns into a smile! Works everytime! :)

The other way to spread the great thing known as dopamine is to crack a smile even while you're on the phone talking to someone. It really changes your tone, and makes you sound happy! :)
