Social Media is making us more narcissitic because it is a highlight reel of people's lives. We enter social media maybe not knowing this and we as humans know what we see and we don't what we do not. So when we see other's highlight reels on twitter and instagram for example, our mind figures that that person has the good life along with thousands of others you follow. Our minds grow customed to other's people's lives being amazing so when we look at our own lives we become self-centered to try and have what other people have.
