We live in a world where people are very dependent on every material thing available. There are a lot of things that we are enslaved with in this modern world, but for me, one material thing that I cannot live without are my clothes.
It is easy to say that clothes are one of life's necesities since humans are capable of logical thinking, hence, the idea of going around naked is unthinkable. We cover ourselves with clothes because we keep our bodies private and personal.
However, aside from that, clothes present themselves as a marker of our true persona. I believe that what we wear is who we are precisely because how we present ourselves through the way we dress is a subtle way of showing people a glimpse of our true character. dressing nice is vital because when you look good, you actually feel good. And that positive energy radiates towards the people that surrounds you. On the contrary, when you dress badly, it will show.
So for me, I can't live with a lot of material things, But on top of all those are my clothes. :)
