What things to do when you are brokenhearted?
That feel is quite hard for me to tell you because I haven't experienced to have an EX-GF...
Anyway, I have a lot of things to say for you to move on and let go. :)
Here are my tips for you to ease the pain of mend your broken heart:
- Go through it, not around it.
- Detach and revel in your independence again.
- List your strengths.
- Delete every photos/ video that you have.
If you don't, whenever you see 1 photo you will feel hurt again. - You can block her, or stay a friend for her.
- Embrace your season, a time or a season to cry.
- Don't eat your both favorite food. Like what you often eat when you are together.
- Don't go to the place that reminds you the past.
- Forgive and Forget.
- Always think positive even if it hurts you a lot.
- Don't drink alcohol or liquor, it doesn't help you.
- Don't waste your time reading a book or wattpad that is full of emotion. It will boost the pain inside you.
- Find a new thing/hobby that will help you to forget her. Like: Gym, Eating, Surfing, and etc.
- Don't make a revenge.
- and lastly, Don't forget to Love again!
