There was a small gathering long ago, men that gathered regularly, but not in public, as they did not wish to promulgate their strategy to others.
These men were pleased with the work their ancestors had accomplished in terms of controlling the minds of men, but the consensus of those who gathered, determined that a new strategy must be devised.
A strategy where the people who occupied the earth would forget their own talents and abilities. That they would learn to rely on methods provided to them by a highly organized and secretive group that would control the governing of all nations.
