I usually post the prompt around 8 AM Pacific time - give or take half an hour. Then, I will post the contest post here at the freewrite house. You post your entry somewhen before the next contest post goes up - probably around 9 AM. I am sure after a couple of days, everyone gets the hang of it :)
I did because i saw most of it answered in another spot and was going to save you the trouble. Good thing you answered because I forgot the most important part which was the time frame lol. Good ol' ADD memory fail ;)
