@jaynie, I was thinking that as long as the time of the payout was not done, we still had the opportunity to seek for upvotes. As at 5mins to payout, I have 86 upvotes and the next highest is 81.i think am meant to be the winner case the rule says

The contest closes on the 7th day - but is done in my time zone. So at the time that it reach closed on my end... Otemzi was the highest.
