Pretty sure that individual is a bot, I've tried to engage him/her before and he/she ignored me.. A few others do that as well, I would flag them, but.. Might as well save my power to upvote people I appreciate instead of flagging.
The comments and replies section of the profile shows some superficial levels of engagement, but not really sure if they are really serious or interested in IFC... it's their loss :p
