I have thought that there should be a disaster recovery challenge. There is a disaster, natural or manmade, of one kind or another...earthquake, flood, fire, war, famine...pretty much all the time. It would have to be for verified disasters and verified relief effort. Upvotes and contributions going to that worthy cause. I am a 12 day old minnow just learning to swim in the Steemit sea, so not up to organizing such a thing myself.
LOVE the idea, in fact what most do not know is it is completely possible to delegate part or even ALL of your rewards to other account(s). This would be a very neat system we would be excited to work on!

What best other than the charity bot which I operate ? If you do not know, then I run a charity bot named @thehumanbot which holds hand of new steemians and apart from that it discourages using bid bots early.
Have a look at it to see the activity its engaged in, the quality content it upvotes. And then decide.

That is simply the amount of Voting Power (VP) that would have to be consumed in order to up vote every remaining post in the pool that your account has not yet voted. This metric is mostly used by our team to ensure fair allocation of votes. You will notice once you are over the FVL (1250 SP currently) that your Shadow Queue will be much lower. Each day you get ~20% VP to use which means over a 7 day period you get ~168% to use. When your ShadowQueue is over this amount it simply means not every post can be up voted before expiration.
