why is shadowbot taking more votes than the settings i put limiting to 3 votes a week?
and why havent ranking been updated in a month
That setting does not limit your account to 3 votes from you total, it limits your account from up voting any one member from getting more than 3 votes per week from you. So Sally who has this setting on can never give John more than 3 votes per week due to shadowbot. Sally will still vote other members.

You can go make a fake email using tor and sign up for our support if you wish to remain anon... Honestly, I will not encourage anybody to join you. I've been reporting to you for three weeks that I don't get upvotes from the pool. Not even a single reply neither a solution. I don't want to open a ticket at your support page, and don't want to register to your support page with my e-mail address, because I joined you, I supported your service.
Meanwhile, in the last 3 months, I was given around 10 upvotes in a value $0.06 altogether. Although, my shadowrank is 31.
I was really patient and I hoped that after your 'great backend update' everything would get back in normal. Of course, nothing again.
You used to have so fucking good service when I joined you. What happened to it?

Pool priority is far more important than your Shadow Rank. The best way to get a higher Pool Priority is powering up and getting more SP.
