I think I'd have to agree with most people and say the smallest toe, can be easily missed and can cause a lot of pain when hitting it against something.

I have to agree with the rest. I choose the pinky toe as well, especially because banging it daily on a piece of furniture, makes my gf feel left out.
Such a strange question and then I realized it would be kidney because I can still function normally without one of the kidneys.
And I feel bad for people in the poor countries where they sell their kidney for some small amount of money. :(
