The @buildawhale blacklist is not out of date, it is updated multiple times a day and has nothing to do with flag wars and no one is wrongly accused.
Everyone on the list is hand researched by me and have a specific reason they have been added to the list.
I added it as input but we have to run and screen ourselves or we risk using invalid data.
