Many of us are disciplined to organize a meal on Monday-Friday, but eat at weekend on the excuse of wanting to give a 'reward' to myself for having eaten healthy for five days. This assumption can actually damage your overall diet because it tends to not control your appetite. If you're a fan of sugary foods, there's no harm in sucking a piece of chocolate or eating a dash of potato chips every day. In essence, you may eat your favorite foods as long as they are reasonable and do not exceed your daily caloric needs.
