As I'm still in my learning mode I also have a question. The combined pay out from both post is higher than 10 steem. Can I conclude that hosting this contest also have you a small profit?
Of course it took probably quite some time. So if you also take your time sirens into account it's not really something significant. And you could have used upvote bots. For example what are busy.pay and Alexis?
I did in fact get a profit from this giveaway, so it was a win-win for both me and the winner. But I did not know that I would get more upvotes than I would give away, and to be honest I did it to keep building my community and maybe even get some more followers. Busy.pay is upvotes given to anyone that blogs from https://busy.org/ instead of Steemit. Everyone should give @busy.org a try; it's a great interface for interacting with the Steem blockchain. I don't know who Alexis is to be honest, so I'm not even sure if it's a bot or a human.
