Brazil and Argentina are scheduled to play their 2019 South American U-20 Championship final stage group game on 2019-02-10. This will be each nation's last group stage game. Brazil and Argentina are on opposite ends of the table. Brazil is in last place with losses to Venezuela and Uruguay and a couple of draws with Colombia and Ecuador. They can still qualify for the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup but will need to win this game and hope Colombia and Venezuela take losses in their last games (or draws with Brazil overcoming goal differential.) Argentina is group leader and has already qualified for the 2019 Pan American Games and the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup with a game to spare. They have wins over Uruguay, Venezuela, and Colombia but a loss to Ecuador. Argentina's most recent championship in this tournament was in 2015.
