It depends on the occasion!
- With lunch and dinner: Water or soda
- Breakfast and post-workout: Protein shake
- Snack or night tea (I don't know how do you call the meal between lunch and dinner, at the afternoon; here in Argentina it's called "Merienda"): Smoothie
- At parties: Vodka, Red Bull, Champagne
I think I don't forget anything! All those are my favourites.
