Hey everyone,
So I have started to get back in shape lately. Who needs to wait for new years :p. For today's contest it is all about fitness photography. This can be anything that has something to do with fitness. Maybe a photo of a meal or a shake. It can be a sneaker you just bought or a photo of weights. You do not have to be in the photo if you do not want to be but it has to do with fitness.

How about a futsal match, 30 minutes of high intensity play would need to be very fit to keep up with the play. My love for football is eternal.

I had a great 10k step actifit day on Saturday and competed in a BJJ tournament. Here is a shot from the tourney where I am trying to squash through a guard and advance the position.

Getting start with practicing is usually tough time. A month ago I started with improving my backbend. Still it is hard but I remember how refreshing it was when I was in a shape.
