I let my withdrawal sit for 6 hours today (20170908) before cancelling it. I changed wallet IDs and resubmitted a new withdrawal request. I also emailed their support team to ask about any issues. One thing that doesn't sit well with me is once I hit submit there is no transaction ID to watch the transaction on the blockchain.
Follow-up, it has been over 24 hours since I submitted my withdraw request and still nothing. I never received a reply to my "tech support" email. Luckily, I only sent in around $20 so I am not out that much Bitcoin. Very sketchy.
