Ingredients
500 grams Sugar
600 ml Coconut Milk
4 Pandans Leaves
Making Steps
Shived the dough and transfer to souce pan, enter the pandan leaves.
Use low heat and cook about 15-20 minutes , do NOT stop stirring from the beginning till the dough cook perfectly and get thicken.
Cooling down the jam and transfer to jam jar.
And now Your home made Srikaya Jam is ready
