Doughnuts

Ingredients
- 4 Egg yolks
- 100 grams of Butter
- 200 ml of Warm Water
- 600 grams Flour
- 11 grams Instant Yeast
- 80 grams Full cream Milk Powder
- 75 grams Refined Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Icing Sugar for sprinkling
Making Steps
- Prepare a large bowl, add Flour, Instant Yeast, Milk Powder, Sugar and Salt.
- Pour egg yolk that has been beaten and then stir until blended.
- Add water little by little while kneading until the dough really becomes dull.
- Enter the butter, knead back until it is smooth.
- Form the dough into a round and let stand for 30 minutes.
- After that, punch the dough to remove air and separates dough into several parts. Each part is 30 grams (weighed first).
- Then round the shape of each dough, puncture the middle with the index finger while rotating to the hole. Let stand for 15 minutes
- Pour a large amount of oil and heat oil over medium heat. Fry the donut until it floats and dries golden yellow. Lift and set aside.
- Sprinkle with Icing Sugar.
