To diversify meals to create a sense of enjoyment when eating, mothers should change the menu and give children a variety of foods! Today I made a new dish for my son to eat as a snack.
Materials include:
- Apple
- Oat
- Milk
Steps 1: Peeled and diced apples. Oats soaked in water and washed 2-3 times to remove the oil.
Steps 2: Place apples, oats, and milk in a blender.
Steps 3: Put the blended mixture into the jar and steam for 20-25 minutes.
Finally, wait for it to cool down and give it to the baby!
Very easy, isn't it? Just take a little time and you will have a new dish to make delicious mam right away!
