I cook anything that i want, today I'm cooking sambal tumpeng have you ever heard of? This is not typical food of aceh, but typical food of kediri. Sambal tumpeng is unique food because it is made from a rotten tempe. But it's definitely delicious. You want to know how to cook that? Okay here we go:
The main ingredient :
- Tempe that age 5 days
- Oil for sauteing
- red onion
- garlic
- red chili
- Cayenne pepper
- Galangal
- coconut milk
- Water to boil the tempeh
How to cook it: - Boiled tempe for 10 minutes
- Puree onion, garlic, and chilli
- Stir-fry into hot oil
- If the tempe is finished on the stew, puree
- Tempeh mixed with spices
- Enter coconut milk
- Enter Salt, taste correction
If it has thickened, tumpeng sauce is ready to enjoy😄
Sambal tumpeng can be used as sauce only or can be eaten with warm rice. If you like spicy I'm sure you like this food.
