This is Banh Chung. Chung cakes are traditional Vietnamese. The bowels of cake is made of sticky rice, green beans, pork, onion, pepper. All created a wonderful flavor.
As a child, when the New Year, my mother bought leaf, leash, and the raw material for my father and the doctor cakes. My father often pack 10 big and small for 2 loaves and my little sister. 30 New Year night we sat next to the fire to cook Banh Chung. Emotions until now I never forget
