RE: My First Cookbook is Live on Amazon!

He really is a gem. It's great that we have different talents so we can support each other where the other is perhaps not as inclined. To be fair, it really does take a lot of time to photograph and cook all the food to be able to share, but I consider that a labor of love. Well, sometimes I get annoyed if I'm hungry when I need to snap a pic, but it is usually worth it to share vibrant wholesome food to inspire others to eat some more veggies! I've already got more ideas for the next editions, so we'll see how long it takes to put the next one together. :)

oh you are already planning another one! wow you guys are awesome, are you a vegetarian?

I'm vegan, he's mostly there since he eats what I cook. I would love to do a book paying homage to my local farmers market since they supply some amazing produce!

Howdy plantstoplanks! Yeah your husband doesn't have alot of choice but I bet he's thankful. Is your vegan eating because of health or ethical reasons?

I originally changed my diet for the health side of things, but quickly learned a lot about the ethical and environmental side, as well. So for me it is definitely both! He is super easy to please when it comes to food, so he really doesn't mind at all since I keep him well fed. ;) He also feels better eating less meat, too.

Howdy today plantstoplanks! Well that sounds wonderful. Even as a long time cattle rancher and farmer I can see the ethical side of things and have cut back on the meat.
