I like to eat fish and here is my cooking recipe.

COOKING PREPARATION - 准备工作
Two fish, washed inside out. Slice some ginger and put them in the fish. Salt the fish and rest for 5 minutes.
超市里买来的鱼,已经洗干净了,我不喜欢吃鱼头,所以买的时候就让处理掉了 特别是鱼鳞得弄干净。鱼的每一面各切三四刀,然后可以放些姜片,撒些盐,等个五分钟。
Wash and cut the mushroom and tomatoes.
西红柿和蘑菇切好。
FRIED FIRST - 第一步
Olive oil is always a better choice. Fry fish each side 2 minute.
最好用橄榄油,然后先把鱼的每面煎个2分钟盛出。
Fry tomatoes and mushroom for 3 minutes with dark soy sauce and white pepper.
把西红柿和蘑菇简单炒一下, 放老抽,白胡椒粉. 3分钟就可以盛出。
PUT THEM TOGETHER - 最后一步
Put them together, add some water (half height of fish), cover the lid and just wait for 7 minutes.
最后面放油,把鱼和蘑菇放入,加入少量水(鱼高度的一半),盖盖子,煮个大约7分钟就可以了。
