So, today i tried to make chocolate from scratch. My partner is recovering from cancer and shouldnt be eating sugar, but he is addicted to chocolate... The cadbury crap full of poo and sugar.
I made it with organic cocao, organic coconut butter, organic cold pressed coconut oil (i normally use all of these things in my homemade beauty products) maca powder and manuka honey and a small amount of raw sugar
It tastes fantastic, buuuuuut it is not silky smooth like chocolate. Its a little bit grainy...
Have i dont something wrong or is it because maca is not very soluable and the raw sugar probably didnt dissolve enough?
