Mix the ingredients in each bowl well, the liquid ingredients best with a whisk.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry and knead well. Successively shape 10-12 sausages of approx. 2 cm in diameter. First wrap the sausages in baking paper and then firmly in aluminum foil.
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 50 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the sausages in it for 15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and unwind immediately. The aluminum foil can be used several times.
If necessary, twice the amount of ingredients can be used, as the oven is well used. You can also freeze the sausages well.
The sausages are cold and warm to enjoy, can be fried or cut into soups, certainly they are also delicious on the grill. Even with the spicy ingredients can be varied.
