One of my favourite food combo's is just a combination of grilled Titus fish,fried plantains and vegetable soup all on one plate😋😋
METHOD:
Marinate Fish in a mixture of lemon squeeze,Fish spice,Thyme,curry,salt and olive oil.Leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
As you grill,sprinkle some barbeque spice on the fish.Grill until the skin is crispy.
THIS LOOKS AWESOME!
