To start add... melt 2 T of butter on low heat. Add 1 T of brown sugar and 1 T of honey (or maple syrup). Whisk these ingredients together in a small saucepan then remove from heat. Next whisk in 1 T of olive oil, 1T Dijon mustard, 1T soy sauce, and a 1/2 tsp of salt.
Pour glaze over salmon fillet (skin down). Then cook 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F in a pre-heated oven.
