Hey everyone! I was planning to start a series for benefits or disadvantages of things.
So today we have Apple cider vinegar, all about it, common questions for it are: we should consume it? Vinegar is supposed for cleaning or cooking? How much quantity we should have?

Apple cider vinegar is a vinegar made from fermented apples. So here are some of the benefits.

  5. It has a lot of antioxidants
