If you have ever boiled eggs and had the shell stick to the egg resulting in the eggs pretty much falling apart here is how you can avoid that.
Use a pot small or large enough to where the eggs cover the bottom of the pot.
Fill with water until the eggs are completely immersed
Add a pinch of baking soda!
Turn on stove to high
Boil for 10-12 minutes
Turn off stove allow to cool, peel, and enjoy your eggs!!
raising the pH level of the water makes them easier to peel!
