Roast mititei or mici
ingredients: 800 grams of good quality beef, cleansed by skin and tendons but not fat
400 grams of fatter pork, or the same amount of sheep (fattened and she)

3-4 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of dry thyme (or fresh)
Optional: 1 teaspoon of finely chopped raspberry
Optional: 1 teaspoon sweet pepper of good quality
