in #cooking6 years ago

Our first collaboration with Tefal for their new Pressure Multicooker.
Did you have Chicken Paprikash before?

You'll need:

50 g butter
4 chicken breasts
2 larger onions
3 tbs of smoked paprika
3 tbs of flour
1 liter of chicken stock
200 ml double cream
salt and black pepper

Full recipe:

Add butter and put chopped onions into the multicooker set on the Brown program and fry the onions. Add sliced chicken breast into the pot and let it brown. Add smoked paprika, flour, salt and pepper and let it cook for a while. Pour the stock and close the pot. Turn on Pressure cook for 15 minutes. Then add double cream and briefly boil to 120 degrees. You can serve with rice or homemade dumplings.

Bon Appetit!

Of course I had it before. Home made dumplings is tha way to go with it. Chicken paprikash is one of my favourite dish. I am a Hungarian and this is an authentic Hungarian dish. Cook it with Hungarian paprika powder if you can and swap the butter with lard.

So true, this was a collaboration with Tefal and it was their recipe. We would do things differently of course. Nice to hear a opinion from domestic person :)
