Tagliatelle Bolognese family spring dish you have to try!
You'll need:
80 g of bacon
1 onion
1 stick of celery
250 g beef meat
250 g pork meat
2 dcl of good red wine
3 tbs of tomato paste
50 g dark chocolate
rosemary
salt and pepper
500 ml of stock
Full recipe:
Add bacon, onion, celery to the pot on medium-low heat and let it sweat. After that add grounded meat and let all the water evaporate.
Add wine, tomato paste, rosemary, dark chocolate, salt, pepper and stock into the pot and let it cook for 2 hours. You can add more stock if needed. Add tagliatelle to the pot with bolognese sauce mix it well and plate it with some fresh basil and parmigiano on top.
