Perfect Morning Workout l Special Edition

Breakfast of Champions. This will kick off your day in a good way!

You'll need:

40 g oatmeal
handful of pistachios
1 cup of milk
1 tbs of vanilla
1 tbs of honey
1 tbs of fresh coffee
lemon juice
handful of dark chocolate
handful of blueberries

Full recipe:

Exercise # 1 (CAST-IRON BICEPS CURL) 10 reps.
Roast nuts on pan and let them cool. Pour 40 g of oat flakes and one measuring cup of protein powder into the pot.

Exercise # 2 (MILK SHOULDER RAIS) 60 seconds hold on.
Add 1 cup milk, 1 tbs of vanilla and 1 tbs of honey to the pot. Mix it well.

Exercise # 3 (BASHING TRICEPS EXTENTION) crush coffee until it's finest
Add 1 tbs of fresh coffee and lemon to the pot.

Exercise # 4 (SPOON WRIST STRECH) mix until it gets thick.
You can serve with dark chocolate, nuts and blueberries.
