I got a pregnant one moaning around so i decided to make homemade fudge. It's basically milk, sugar, butter, and chocolate just cooked "perfectly" with a lot of arm work.
First the regular fudge mix.
Then add the cocoa
If you're really good, you can do it like me and leave out the thermometer and cooling systems. But once its been beat for 10 minutes and stiffens up, you're ready to put it on the cooling platter.
I should make this stuff all day and sell it, for real! It is amazing every time.
