Looks very delicious and for sure it sounds easy to prepare. The name is very unique I have never heard of it, Kaiser means saffron so I was wondering if it has any relevance to that, but there is no saffron added to it so can be some other meaning.

No, Kaiser is a German word that means czar or emperor (as I explained at the beginning of the article), but yes - it's easy to prepare.
It's also important to know that it should be eaten when is still warm. It's not that good when it's cold and especially if it stays out too long as it would become too dry.
