Homemade Fish steaks
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- salt - to taste;
- ground pepper - to taste;
- 4 steaks - salmon, salmon, and trout will do;
- juice of half a lemon.
Cooking
Mix butter, thyme, salt and pepper. Grease the fish with the resulting mixture and leave alone for an hour.
Put the steaks on the grid and fry over hot coals for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
