IT's another bread from the lockdown. As you might know, I have become - like a lot of the planet, yeah i'm special! - obsessed with baking sourdough bread. I think this is my 30th bread. You heard me: 30th bread in like 60 days.
Am I fat? Nooooo... ( well, a little, maybe..)
That being said, this one was a beauty!

Anyway, the question in the title: what did I use to get it this amazing color?
