Recipe-
1.Take onions in a blender and make them into a rough puree. Add in chilli, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves to the blender along with chicken mince and puree it.
2.Remove this to a bowl and all all the ingredients. mix well.
- Set aside for 30 mins.
4.Make small cylindrical pieces of the chicken and smoothen it evenly.
5.Heat oil in a frying pan and wait until it becomes hot.
6.Add the chicken and fry it until its golden brown.
7.Serve the chicken on a plate and garnish it with onions and coriander.
8.Sprinkle some lemon juice over it and serve hot.
If you do not wish to deep fry it you can add a skewer to the chicken and grill it in the tandoor until it becomes brown.
NOTE : YOU CAN ALSO MAKE CHICKEN MINCE BY GRINDING BONELESS CHICKEN PIECES IN A GRINDER
