INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN WINGS:
- 10 pieces of chicken wings (or more depends for how many people you cook)
- Flour
- Salt
- Red paprika powder
- Chili powder
-Oil for frying
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE:
- Tomato sauce
- Tomato concentrate
- BBQ sauce
- Chili flakes or fresh red chili (skip this if u don't like spicy)
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Piece of butter
Half chicken cube (optional) - Grated fresh Parmesan
DEEP FRY CHICKEN WINGS:
Wash the chicken wings, wipe them with the kitchen paper and put aside.
In the bowl mix flour, chili powder, salt, red paprika powder. Deep the chicken wings pieces into the flower so that they are prepared for frying. The ingredients in this recipe aren't measured all is done by the feeling.
Deep fry the wings in cooking oil. This will take you for 10 to 15 min, depends on how big the wings are. When done, put wings on the paper to remove excess of oil.
COOK THE SAUCE:
Put a piece of butter into the pan, followed by tomato concentrate and tomato, add all the ingredients from the list above (Sauce ingredients) No measurements needed use your feeling and taste the sauce. Add spices and ingredients until you are satisfied with the taste and cook it for a couple of minutes on a moderate fire.
When the sauce is done put in the fried chicken wings and mix all together, at the end add the parmesan cheese and mix again.
SERVE:
For Asian style serve it with plain rice. The spicy sauce will fit perfect to the plain rice. If however you prefer other side dishes u can use mash potato. I like to eat it with fresh salad. Try to serve it with Rebula.
NOTE:
- Meal must be served still hot and eaten soon after cooking
- When deep frying u must have enough oil to cover the meat pieces
- The temperature of deep frying oil must be around 180 C and the correct type of the oil shall be used

And hooray for chilies :) But you should get a better stock of it than Kotany =)
That is unfortunately not an iron cast which I love, must buy one, we use Iron cast grill plate in summer and the food prepared there is delicious. This pan is a lava stone wok, also does the job well. The best Chili is fresh but not always you can buy it here, so I use what I have. In Philippines I’ve never used Kotany ;)
