Ingredients
1 tsp. Backpacker
1 pinch of salt
200 g Flour
1 pinch of Cardamom
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
3 tablespoons Cognac
1 pack of Vanilla
100 g Sugar
100 g of black chocolate
120 g Cow butter
10-12 pcs. Paper forms
2 pcs. Eggs
175 g of cream cheese
3 tablespoons Cocoa
10 tsp. Homemade jam
Method of preparation
1. Place the grooves on the muffin tray with paper molds. Chocolate and butter melt in a water bath. Allow to cool.
2. Blend the resulting mixture together with sugar and vanilla until a creamy mass is obtained. With constant stirring add the eggs, cream, cognac, cinnamon and cardamom.
3. Add the chocolate-egg cream to the mixture and stir until everything is well blended. The paper forms are filled with the dough up to 2/3 of their capacity.
4. Chocolate cakes are baked for 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated 180 ° oven. The tray is removed and placed on a grid. Coconut sawdust is sprinkled.
5. Once you have cooled down, in the middle of the cakes prepared with a bowl of Christmas cookies, one heart is carved, filled with sweet fruit of cherries, strawberries, blueberries or cherries.
