Ingredients
1 pinch Black pepper
1 pinch of salt
3-4 basil leaves
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
5 tablespoons Olive oil
100 g of Kessel cream
150 g of cheese
250 g Macaroni
10 pcs. Cherry tomatoes
Method of preparation
1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until ready. Once drained, they are allowed to cool.
2. Tomatoes are cut into halves and cheese in cubes.
3. Put the macaroni, cheese and tomatoes in the salad bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Spread with olive oil, cream and lemon juice.
4. Carefully mix the resulting taste and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with basil.
