One of the most delicious and beloved masterpieces of European cuisine is called "dumplings". In short, dumplings are small round balls that are made from boiled potatoes, egg and flour. In different parts of the world they can meet, prepared in a variety of ways - for example, from crushed bread, meat, spinach or mushrooms.
Ingredients
2 sprigs of Parsley
1 kg Potatoes
2-3 pinch of salt
500 g Mushrooms
150 ml Fresh milk
Method of preparation
1. Peeled and grated potatoes are poured with boiling milk.
2. Add the finely chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and the potato mixture to the chopped and well-drained mushrooms. The ingredients are mixed well.
3. Wet hands form dumplings (balls) that are boiled in salted water for about 10 minutes until they emerge to the surface.
4. Allow them to be squeezed and served with a side dish and according to your preference - with sauce, salad or stewed meat.
