Ingredients
2 tablespoons Ground linseed
1/2 hr. Water
2 tablespoons Coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
2 1/2 hrs. Almond flour
2 hrs. Apples
3 pcs. Eggs
1/4 hrs. Honey
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Method of preparation
1. Heat the oven 180 degrees. In a small bowl mix the dry ingredients. In another - the liquid. Finally they mix with each other and mix to obtain a smooth mixture in which bubbles begin to form.
2. Add the coconut oil and apples cut into thin freckles.
3. With the resulting mixture fill up to 1/3 of the muffin molds. Apple cakes are baked for 20-25 minutes or golden-brown.
