🍲 Paella Valenciana

Paella is a Spanish dish that comes from Valencia. There are many varieties of paella, which are determined by the presence of different ingredients. The name "paella" means the "valerian" pan (from the "patella"). Rice, saffron and olive oil are the three main ingredients in paella. Traditional supplements to them are usually vegetables and seafood or meat.

Ingredients
1 pinch of Saffron
1 pinch Black pepper
1-2 pinch of salt
2 pcs. Tomatoes
100 g of green beans
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 pc. Sweet red peppers
2 cloves Garlic
1 pc. Onion
200 g of ham
100 g Shrimps
600 g Chicken Broth
250 g Long grain rice
250 g Chicken meat
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 pc. Hot green peppers

Method of preparation
1. Chicken is cut into large pieces, ham - in cubes, and tomatoes are steamed, peeled and cut into pieces.
2. Cut the onion, crushed garlic and chopped red pepper to fry until softened. The rice is poured and the mixture is fried again.
3. Add the saffron clamp, broth, salt and black pepper. The ingredients are covered and boiled for 15 minutes.
4. Then add the remaining products and boil under a lid for 5-10 minutes until all the liquid is taken up.
5. Drop the dish with 1 tb of finely chopped parsley, decorate with a green pepper cut into a roll and serve.
