You will hardly hold back the fragrance and vision of these golden, fluffy and crunchy creations after you prepare them. Courgettes give a unique taste to the pancake, making it an indescribable pleasure for the palate and the soul.
Ingredients
1/4 tsp. Backpacker
2 pcs. Eggs
1 pc. Zucchini
200 g Fresh milk
125 g of curd
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch Black pepper
200 g Flour
4 tablespoons Oil
1 link Basil
2 tablespoons Butter
100 g of ham
Method of preparation
1. Squash the cucumber in length and cut into thin slices. The ham is formed in small cubes, and the basil is in striped form.
2. Flour and baking powder mix and add to eggs, milk, cottage cheese and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Leave sideways for approx. 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile in 1 tbsp. oil for a short fry ¼ of zucchini and ham. Add ¼ of pancake dough and basil.
4. Each pancake is baked 2-3 minutes on both sides.
