This was perfect and easy as well! Made exactly as recipe specified, but added the following: 1. Two tablespoons of cornstarch to the flour before tossing the steaks in the plastic bag (tenderizing trick), and 2. At the end, when I added the whisked gravy mix, i added two cans of stewed tomatoes for the remaining half hour.
